I have some items i want to get rid of. I have know idea how much anything is worth. My mind wants to explode...It's too much for me...

Mods: none worth really anything except 19% bow grip
Runes: sell to rune trader, or half way between trader sell and buy price

Indeed. Try and advertise them in the trading channel first - sell a bit below the trader's selling price, but obviously above the buying price. If that fails, sell them directly to the trader - you'll still make a fair bit.
